I have been using EFT, or emotional freedom technique, for years now and it has helped me greatly. It has helped me to alleviate many of my fears, blocks and anxieties.
I prefer to work with the techniques from Brad Yates (you can read more about him and how he has helped me hereand more about EFThere). But there are many people just as good and you can find them with a quick You Tube search.
Brad Yates explains EFT as "...a technique for removing the negative emotions that limit our success. Using this technique, you can gain the emotional freedom to truly pursue being, doing and having what you really want in life."
EFT tapping can also be used for children dealing with the same fears. So I offer this information on to you as another tool that you might be interested to use.
